Management, has extended the Ultra-Low Flush
Toilet Rebate Program beyond June 30, 2008.

Power Cost Adjustment
As many of you have experienced, dramatic increases in fuel prices are driving up the cost of everything from gasoline to groceries, and electricity.  The higher cost of electricity has a significant impact on the BWS because we rely on close to 400 pumps to deliver water to you.  This is why beginning on July 1, 2008, you will see a modest Power Cost Adjustment on your water bill.
